We briefly smoke each batch over hickory, apple wood, or mesquite depending on the recipe — enough for an irresistible smell without overpowering the meat.
Easy to store
Our jerky is fully dehydrated and preserved, so it keeps at room temperature. A pantry is best — not the counter, to deter theft!
